Lockets Of Life
Lockets Of Life will repair any item that may be faulty due to poor workmanship within 90 days of the purchase date. To claim the warranty proof of purchase is required to be provided. Poor workmanship covers issues such as; loose hinges, missing sparkles or magnets. The cover does not include broken glass or lockets purchased from our “seconds” range, problems caused by water damage or the purchaser. The purchaser is required to cover the cost of postage both when returning the item to Lockets Of Life and back to the purchaser. It is recommended you send via Registered Post as Lockets Of Life do not take responsibility for lost items. At the time of making your claim you must be able to provide proof of purchase. Please contact us so we can discuss your claim, provide the information you will require and come to a resolution.
If you aren’t happy with your purchase we will happily refund you if you return your purchase to us within 7 days of your original purchase date. In order to receive your refund you must provide a receipt as proof of purchase, if your item is required to be posted the cost of postage is payable by the purchaser. Refunds are only payable on items that have not been worn or damaged by the purchaser in any way. All items will be inspected upon return.
The final decision is at the discretion of the Lockets Of Life Designer.
